ARTIST’S STATEMENT

“Thousands of artists - millions of art pieces! How do art collectors make up their minds? By attending to the responses of their hearts, their emotions, and their souls. When they feel something moving somewhere inside them, then that art has achieved its purpose.

I paint from and for this place, this emotional spiritual place, where we are moved - touched - recharged - and inspired. I have been fortunate to be a painter for 29 years! I hope for and look forward to 29 more!”

PROFILE

Scott received his B.A. degree from Cal State Fullerton. He has exhibited widely including the Marine Art Expo in Maui. Scott is pleased and honored to have placed art in the collections of Shirley MacLaine, Leonard Nimoy, Phillip DeGuere, Robert Vavra, CBS Television Studios, Universal/MCA Studios, and 20th Century Fox Records, among many others.
