PROFILE

Mary Taglieri is an artist led by her love of nature and inspired by a personal sense of knowing that beautiful art can heal. Whether impressionistic landscapes of flowering fields or the powerful drama of volcanoes and the sea inspire Taglieri's art, viewers respond to the art that heals them most.

Art can bring a sense of harmony or balance, depending on the colors, forms, and feelings of the particular painting to which one is attracted. Some colors create a high sense of energy while others calm. Art keeps us in touch with ourselves and our spirit.

Taglieri's paintings radiate the natural beauty of some of the world's most beautiful places. She has lived and painted amidst the rugged grandeur of Alaska and Colorado, the verdant mountains of North Carolina, the tropical beauty of Costa Rica and Hawaii, and the peaceful valleys and coastlines of California.

Taglieri's 25 years of professional experience and training include a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, graphic design, photography, art direction, and commercial and fine art. Awards and international recognition have come to her for her paintings that hang in private collections around the world.
