PROFILE

Jolee was born in San Francisco and grew up on the West Coast. After studying art and media at the UCLA, where she received her B.A. in Art and San Diego State University, where she received her M.A. in Telecommunications and Film, she becam a graphic designer by trade and worked for several major international companies before transitioning back into the world of fine art. Jolee's around-the-world travel significantly influences her work, resulting in a creative chromatic blend that is truly unique. Her vibrant, animated ceramic sculptures, full of fun and whimsy, tell a tantalizing tale. And her paintings, so lushly colored, reflect the sunny southern California lifestyle. Jolee started her innovative garden-art company, Wabisabi Green to showcase her sculpture and stylish design for the home and garden. Her work has been published in several books and CD-ROMs.
