PROFILE

 

     Mary Moller is a native of Illinois, but has lived in California since she was six. She enjoys working with a variety of media and subject matter from semi-imagery to abstract form and space. Her creative approach to design, rhythmic movement, and interplay of color, interpret a mood and reflect a unique impression of the many facets of her San Diego environment and personal response to travel and extended stays in Spain, Mexico, and Brazil.

     She received her B.A. in Creative Art at Mills College, Oakland, studied at the Art Center in Los Angeles, has participated in seminars, travel workshops, and University of California Extension courses, and holds an Adult Teaching Credential. Her work has won many awards; she has had several one-person shows, and has participated in many juried and group shows throughout the region. She is a member of the San Diego Museum of Art Artists Guild, San Diego Art Institute, and Clairemont Art Guild. Mary recently passed away.
