ARTIST’S STATEMENT

My Boing-Boing series is a reflection of the Yin and Yang philosophy by combining sculpture and painting. I use acrylic paints for my primary medium and mixed medium for my drawings. My paintings are modular to enable the collector to change the look of the paintings at any time. The tearing of my paintings is to have the viewer look within oneself for inner peace and to judge people by their inner not outer beauty.
