PROFILE

A graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago, Aaron Ishaeik now lives and works in Southern California. From his studio in San Diego, he has established a national presence as a visionary fine artist.
His work is recognized by sweeping brushstrokes, textures and the aggressive layering of paint. Figures, faces and visions are revealed, sometime apparent and sometimes hidden in the visual landscapes. The final piece is an open book of forms both real and unreal. The viewer is obliged to place meaning into the matter.
