“Having lived many lives in this lifetime, my art has always been an ever present thread woven intricately throughout the ongoing masterpiece of my journey... the constant in the midst of chaos and eternal reflections of the mirror of my diamond-faceted soul. A self-taught artist, as I evolve, so does my art... Bold, bright, subtle, neutral, dark, fearful, steadfast, disappointing, beautiful,light, courageous...

Like a drop of water, we all bring our strengths to the interconnected ocean of humanity. We are all integral to the whole. Our biggest gift is to have the courage to expose our authentic selves to light with our talents and humanity, aging gracefully, gray hairs, new-onset wrinkles and plump with gravity. So here I am, exposed....”

PROFILE

Children grown, Laura set out to make a difference in this world, finishing college with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy, specializing in geriatrics. She is currently the Director of Rehab in a skilled nursing facility. "I am honored to be working with the elderly, seeing humanity at its best and experiencing courage and heart on a daily basis. I bring insights from my work into my art."
