PROFILE

 

     Becky Guttin was born in Mexico City. She moved to San Diego, California in 1999. She has studied art and received several diplomas. Becky has also lectured and taught in the United States, Israel and Mexico.
     She has been featured in many publications and has had her work exhibited in numerous solo exhibitions in Los Angeles and throughout California, Mexico, and Israel. She has exhibited in group shows, throughout the California, and in Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Houston, and Miami. She has also had her work shown in throughout Mexico and in Italy, England, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, Israel, and Korea. Becky has been invited to participate in several worldwide Biennales and International Sculpture Symposiums such as the Lido in Venice, Italy, (where she represented Mexico), France, Spain, Italy, Mexico, the United States, Korea, Israel, and Luxembourg, as well as winning many awards.
     Her work is featured in several prestigious collections in museums, such as the San Diego Museum of Art and the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach, California. Becky also has permanent pieces of monumental sculpture situated throughout the United States and in Mexico, Israel, and Italy.
