ARTIST’S
STATEMENT
" A lady who
loves art and painting in oils, that's me, Elaine Davis. Of course,
most artists say, 'They love art.' Yet, I think we each love it differently.
For me, it is the complete freedom to express myself. The canvas is
blank; the choice is mine. I embrace the adventure and fly with it.
My multicultural background
fuels an intense passion to understand human relations, and how modern
technology affects these relationships. On canvas, my expression takes
form and lives in a way that I could never express in words. It is my
soul on display."
