
PROFILE
A native Californian,
Shelley sculpts her own work as well as public and private commissions.
She has a commissioned bronze bas relief portrait of the Honorable Leon
Williams installed at the San Diego County Administration Building;
a bronze bas relief of the belated Judge Louis M. Welsh installed at
the Hall of Justice in downtown San Diego; a bronze bas relief portrait
of Capt. Spishock installed at the Naval Library in San Diego; 5 bronze
bas relief Redtail Hawks, sculpted for the County of San Diego, installed
at various county parks. Her bronze “Solo
Run”, sculpted on commission for Roadrunner Sports, was on exhibit at
the Hall of Champions in Balboa Park. She has sculpted
architectural ornamental elements for local designers and numerous private
commissions. She exhibits regularly at the San Diego Art Institute and
the San Diego Sculptors’ Guild. Shelley is a member of the San Diego Visual Artists Guild, the San Diego Art Institute, San Diego Sculptors’ Guild, and COVA. |
