ARTIST’S STATEMENT

“There is nothing more satisfying to me than creating a piece of Art that has special meaning or is pleasing to another person. I feel fortunate to be able to do this.”

PROFILE

A native Californian, Pamela has been painting most of her life. After oils and acrylics, she decided that watercolor was her most compatible medium. Her style is characterized as traditional – realism with definition, and yet still maintains the freedom, clarity and transparency of a true watercolorist.

She has studied for more than twenty years with some of California’s most esteemed artists.

Her work has been shown in galleries throughout Southern California and she has won many awards in juried shows.

She actively participates in Art Festivals throughout the region where she does demos and teaches workshops. She is presently teaching watercolor classes.
