PROFILE

James Bliesner studied at the Studio School of Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture in New York City and at the Milwaukee Technical Art School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his B.A. from Eastern Nazarene college and his M.A. from Boston University. His work has been exhibited widely in many Invitational and Juried exhibitions throughout the San Diego area and Mexico. His work has been commissioned and has toured China, Venice, Paris, Rio De Janeiro, and England. James has also produced several pieces of public art in various locals in San Diego County and Tijuana, Mexico. His work has also been widely published in several magazines and newspapers.
