PROFILE

Edward Abrams has been named in the top one hundred in Arts for the Parks, won a silver medal and judges awards from the society of Illustrators of Los Angeles, an award for excellence with the American Advertising Association, a San Di award with the San Diego Communicating Arts Group and received awards of merit in national competitions with the Society of Illustrators of New Yo4k.

Mr. Abrams showed great talent and interest in art from an early age. He was competing and winning awards at the Cleveland Art Institute when he was in his early teens. As a boy of nine, he was so impressed by an exhibit that he asked his mother if he could go to live with Matisse. Such early enthusiasm for art and his training in the classical style has enriched his successful career. After years in the world of advertising he has returned to his first love of painting. Most recently Edward has been working with an etching press and has already has his prints widely published. He now exhibits widely in several galleries from east to west coasts.
